CANCELLATION POLICY: All sessions booked will be made with a 50% deposit of the session price which will be forfeited if the session is cancelled same day and/ or within a 24hour period of which the session is scheduled to take place. No calls/ no shows will be charged the full amount of the session price. If the fees are not made at the time of missed appointment, after 24 hours the fees will be applied to the next appointment. After a second attempt is made to collect these fees is unsuccessful, the client will no longer be able to book an appointment at our practice until all fees have been paid.

DRAPING POLICY: Our draping policy coincides with the laws and standards placed on a federal and state level which states massage therapists and body workers will and must drape the body with client safety, comfort, and privacy in compliance with recognized professional standards of massage therapy practices. This mean breast tissue and genitalia for all clients must be covered at all times. If a client uncovers themselves at any time of the session, the massage therapist has the right to end the session immediately and the client will no longer be allowed to book a session with our practice. Local authorities will become involved if necessary.

GIFT CARDS: Gifts Cards or Certificates purchased online or in person whether it be an eGift card or Plastic gift card will NOT be refunded after 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will also not be given if there is any availability within 90 days of the current date of request with any therapist.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are licensed and professional massage therapists. LUDUS Sports Massage does not and will not tolerate ANY sexual advances whether it be on paper, digital form, or in person. ANY violation of this will be followed with an immediate cease of session and removal from property. Therapists may protect themselves by any means necessary and local authorities may be called. Violators will be expected to pay for their session in FULL.
